Include as many details as possible, like budget, expected number of guests and any preferences in location. Do you have a Pinterest already? Throw that in!
Putting a Face in Those Emails
We always prefer to have an e-meeting over wine, but will take coffee if it's before noon. We don't have set office hours so don't worry about that time difference. Plenty of our clients live in Australia and the US!

Now we are partners in crime, we give you access to your wedding folders, budget tracking and venue comparisons. With our tools, we are ready to take over the wedding world.
Are We Done Already?
At this point, we are usually 90% of the wedding budget in and your vision is almost ready. Now that the most important parts are ready design kicks in. Colors, flowers, napkins, favors, signage are ready to add the final details of your personality into this.
It's your Wedding day!
That's it! On your wedding week the Nymfee team will be present at all events, briefing and coordinating your carefully dream team of wedding vendors. All you need to do is be present in the moment, because it flies by so fast.

You will receive back an introductory email, with basic wedding information, pro tips, our availability and range or prices.
Final Offer
Now we understand your vision better, we are ready to send a final offer within the original price range provided. We agree on your target budget and lock our dates only for you!
Venue, Vendors, Everything
Starting from the venue, we go on to lock one person services (the art stuff, wedding photography & videography, hair and mua) and continue with the big numbers, production and entertainment.

It may seem as only simple 8 steps, because it is! For each of those steps you will be receiving offers and portfolios to browse from, and your final choice of everything makes up your wedding. All through emails and WhatsaApp, at your own time.
